 |  As a small group of three, we thoroughly enjoyed our Private Safari trip & we all agree that it was one of the most memorable experiences we've ever had. From start to finish, the service provided was excellent, with prompt & efficient email replies to advice & guidance in relation to tour packages & tailor made itineraries. We chose to do as much as possible in a short space of time and visited Lake Naivasha, Masai Mara & Lake Nakuru. Helder Francisco lived up to his job title as Customer Happiness Manager & did all in his power to ensure we were happy customers.The only negative aspects of the trip were the obvious tourist trap stop offs & unfortunately the Masai Village visit. We felt as though we were being rail roaded into buying over priced souvenirs & paying more than needed for the extras. We did not enjoy the Masai Village we visited as we were told to pay $30 entry & were then pressured to buy overpriced souvenirs before leaving. Considering the cost of the trip in general, we found the extra costs to be unexpected. On the other hand, we were extremely impressed by the accommodation provided during our trip. We stayed at wonderful lodges & campsites throughout our trip. We were also very happy with Martin, our tour guide. He was very friendly, helpful & accommodating. He happily answered all of our questions & shared his knowledge & experience. We were lucky enough to see The Big 5 at the Mara & also experienced the migration of the wildebeest, which was truly amazing. We would like to give a special mention to the Punda Millias lodge where we were upgraded on the final night of our trip ;) We had a wonderful stay there to finish off the fantastic Kenyan experience.  | I did a combination of Tanzania and Kenya and everything was organized flawlessly. The guide (Samuel in Kenya and Anderson in Tanzania) were good drivers, had encyclopedic knowledge about animals and could spot a rhino in what, for us, seemed like a tree very far away. Food and camping were great, the vehicle was in top notch condition and we managed to see the big 5 several times :) Best experience in my life!  | Just to say thanks! I will go back to Kenya and do another Safari with you guys! I loved Masai Mara and Amboseli. The guy that was our guide was extremelly helpful and knew how to get the job well done! We had the luck to see the Big Five, plenty of birds and extraordinary scenery. Patricia, the owner, help us a lot providing the best itinerarie, because it was only a 4 days safari. One of the reasons i recomend this company is because the ratio between the price and quality.  | 3days 2nights to Masai Mara. Never in my life have I been completely thrilled than on my trip to the Masai Mara. I had the time of my life. What made the experience even more memorable was the service rendered to me by It Startedin Africa Kenya, everything was royal, from the game drives to the accommodation. I highly recommend Sopa lodge. The driver/guide Alex was knowledgeable and very helpful, I highly recommend them to anybody who is planning on going on Safari in Kenya.
